The Guaranteed Income Works national tour is underway! Following its debut at the Tribeca Festival in June, the new documentary, It’s Basic, is starting a 50-city national tour to show how guaranteed income can end poverty in the United States. In July, the tour included stops in Long Beach, CA and Saint Paul, MN.

Hello my name is Marianina, Im a mexican artist based in Los Angeles, and I am writing a tv series about a group of young immigrants in the US that hack a bank not to steal it but to redistribute the money through a stable coin in a blockchain app, unleashing financial and social chaos but also a possibility of a UBI based economic system. I’ve been making a lot of research to build a realistic approach, but I’m still looking for experts in economy and cryptocurrencies, with a UBI perspective to answer some pivotal questions I have in order to build the development of the story after the pilot.
