A chance to exercise freedom in choosing what and when to buy, instead of being micro-managed by far away bureaucrats handing out food stamps or housing vouchers.

Are there any stats to show that giving money is really beneficial? I guess this would be in the book. I would like to know how and why. Also where would this money come from?
